Postpartum and High Achieving Women

This workshop is designed for high-achieving postpartum women navigating anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, and the emotional shifts that often come with new motherhood.

 

Integrating mindfulness practices with Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT), participants will explore how patterns of over-control, emotional suppression, and isolation can impact postpartum mental health and nervous system regulation.

 

Through guided mindfulness exercises, practical RO DBT skills, and supportive group connection, women will learn how to cultivate greater self-compassion, openness, flexibility, and emotional resilience during the postpartum transition.

 

This experience offers a grounded, evidence-informed space to reconnect with oneself, reduce self-criticism, and build sustainable support for both motherhood and personal wellbeing.
